Job summary

Dayton Freight Lines, Inc. offers a 24-week Maintenance/Shop Management Trainee Program for recent graduates or those close to completing their degree.

Trainees participate in hands-on experiences across shop operations and the broader company culture, preparing for leadership roles within our maintenance network. The program features rotation across shifts, relocation to various Service Centers, and a path toward leadership positions upon completion.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
• Must be willing to relocate to any Service Center.
• Must be willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift (during training).

Responsibilities

• Learn the LTL Industry.
• Gain experience in the Operation.
• Develop Leadership skills.
• Develop Shop and Maintenance knowledge.
