Dayton Freight Lines, Inc. is offering a 24-week Maintenance/Shop Management Trainee Program for new graduates or soon-to-be graduates to gain hands-on experience across operations and shop maintenance.

You will rotate through first, second, and third shifts during training and learn leadership skills to prepare for a future supervisory role within our shops, while exploring our culture and transportation industry.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.

Responsibilities
