Job summary

Dayton Freight Lines is offering a 24-week Maintenance/Shop Management Trainee Program designed for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of our operations. Trainees will learn the LTL industry, participate in-shift rotations, and develop leadership and shop maintenance knowledge.

Upon completion, individuals are prepared for leadership positions within one of our shops, with opportunities for internal advancement in a fast-paced, growing organization and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
• Must be willing to relocate to any Service Center.
• Must be willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift (during training).

Responsibilities
