Job summary

Dayton Freight Lines is offering a 24-week Maintenance/Shop Management Trainee Program designed for recent graduates or soon-to-be graduates. Trainees will gain hands-on experience, participate in all areas of operations, and develop leadership capabilities within our shops.

During the training, individuals will rotate through 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts while learning the LTL industry, shop, and maintenance operations, with opportunities for internal advancement and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Must be willing to relocate to any Service Center.
• Must be willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift during training.
