Dayton Freight Lines is offering a 24-week Maintenance/Shop Management Trainee Program in Rockford, IL. This hands-on experience develops future leaders by rotating through 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts and exposing trainees to operations, shop maintenance, and leadership skills.

The program pays a starting salary of $60,000–$70,000 per year and includes comprehensive benefits. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and be willing to relocate to any service center.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
• Must be willing to relocate to any Service Center.
• Must be willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift during training.
