Dayton Freight Lines, Inc. is offering a 24-week Maintenance/Shop Management Trainee Program designed for recent graduates. The program blends hands-on experience in operations with leadership training and leadership skill development within our shops.

The program requires a Bachelor's degree, willingness to relocate to any Service Center, and a rotation through 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts during training. Starting pay is $60,000–$70,000 per year with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
• Willing to relocate to any Service Center.
