Job summary

Dayton Freight Lines is seeking candidates for its Maintenance/Shop Management Trainee Program. This 24-week, hands-on experience prepares graduates to join a leadership track within our shops, with rotations across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts during training.

The program develops knowledge of the LTL industry and shop operations, with a fast-paced environment and opportunities for internal advancement. Starting pay ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 per year and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
• Must be willing to relocate to any Service Center.
• Must be willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift (during training).

Responsibilities

• Learn the LTL Industry.
• Gain experience in the Operation.
