Job summary
Dayton Freight Lines is offering a 24-week Maintenance/Shop Management Trainee Program for recent graduates. Trainees join a team, gain hands-on experience across Dayton Freight's operations, and develop future leadership capabilities in shop and maintenance.
Starting pay is $60,000–$70,000 per year with comprehensive benefits; relocation to service centers is required; you will rotate through 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts during training and have internal advancement opportunities.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
- Must be willing to relocate to any Service Center
- Must be willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift (during training)
Responsibilities
- Learn the LTL Industry
- Gain experience in the Operation
- Develop Leadership skills
