Dayton Freight Lines is launching a Maintenance/Shop Management Trainee Program in Illinois. This 24-week hands-on experience prepares recent graduates for leadership roles within our shops.

Participants will rotate through shifts and gain exposure to maintenance operations, culture, and the transportation industry. The program focuses on leadership development, shop maintenance fundamentals, and real operational experience to build confidence for future supervisory roles within Dayton Freight's

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college is required.
• Willingness to relocate to any Dayton Freight Service Center.
• Willingness to work rotation of 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts during training.
