Dayton Freight Lines seeks candidates for its Maintenance/Shop Management Trainee Program in Des Plaines, IL. This 24-week, hands-on program develops leadership skills and shop maintenance know-how, with rotation across shifts and exposure to every facet of operations.

Starting pay is $60,000–$70,000 per year (base only). The program leads toward leadership positions within Dayton Freight's shops, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for internal advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
• Willing to relocate to any Dayton Service Center.
• Able to work a rotating 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift during training.
