Dayton Freight Lines, Inc. is offering a 24-week Maintenance/Shop Management Trainee Program designed for recent graduates or soon-to-be graduates.
This hands-on experience immerses you in Dayton Freight's operations, culture, and the transportation industry, with leadership training to prepare you for a future supervisory role. You will learn the LTL industry, gain shop and maintenance knowledge, and rotate through 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts during training, building practical leadership skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Willing to relocate to any Service Center.
- Willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift during training.
Responsibilities
- Learn the LTL Industry.
- Gain experience in the Operation.
- Develop Leadership skills.
- Develop Shop and Maintenance knowledge.
