Job summary
Dayton Freight Lines offers a 24-week Maintenance/Shop Management Trainee Program designed for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience across Dayton Freight's shop operations and leadership development.
Trainees will rotate through 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, may relocate to different Service Centers, and build skills in maintenance, operations, and team leadership within a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
- Must be willing to relocate to any Service Center.
- Must be willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift (during training).
Responsibilities
- Learn the LTL Industry.
- Gain experience in the Operation.
- Develop Leadership skills.
- Develop Shop and Maintenance knowledge.
