Dayton Freight Lines is seeking candidates for its Maintenance/Shop Management Trainee Program. This 24-week, hands-on experience is designed for recent graduates, exposing you to Dayton Freight's operations, culture, and future leadership roles within our shops.

You will rotate through 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, learn the LTL industry, and develop leadership, maintenance, and shop skills, with a comprehensive benefits package and clear internal advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
• Willing to relocate to any Service Center.
• Willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts during training.
