Job summary
Dayton Freight Lines, Inc. is seeking candidates for its Maintenance/Shop Management Trainee Program.
This 24-week, hands-on experience immerses recent graduates in all facets of Dayton Freight's operations, culture, and the transportation industry, preparing them for leadership roles within one of our shops. Trainees will rotate through maintenance shops, learn the LTL operation, and develop leadership skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college is required.
- Willing to relocate to any Service Center.
- Rotational shift exposure: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts during training.
Responsibilities
- Learn the LTL Industry.
- Gain experience in the Operations.
- Develop Leadership skills.
- Develop Shop and Maintenance knowledge.
