Dayton Freight Lines is seeking graduates for its Maintenance/Shop Management Trainee Program. This 24-week, hands-on experience develops leadership across shop operations and maintenance, preparing participants to take on future leadership roles within our network.

Trainees learn the LTL industry, gain experience in operations, and rotate through 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. A strong emphasis on growth, modern facilities, and comprehensive benefits supports internal advancement and a long-term

Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
• Must be willing to relocate to any Service Center.
• Must be willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift during training.
