Job summary

Renova One is seeking an Operations Manager, Maintenance Services to oversee daily maintenance operations across multi-family, single-family, and commercial properties. You will field client requests, scope work, bid with subcontractors, and ensure project execution meets quality standards and client expectations.

The role requires leadership collaboration with field technicians, subcontractors, and the sales team to drive service quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations management experience in maintenance services, property services, or construction.
• Experience with general maintenance trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, or handyman services).
• Multi-family housing industry experience preferred.
• Leadership and team management with mentorship focus.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in operations management software and MS Office.
• Knowledge of safety standards and construction/restoration practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and adapt to priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance service operations and ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards.
• Field client requests, provide bids within 24-48 hours, and follow up to close the sale.
• Schedule and manage subcontractor crews to deliver high-quality work for clients.
• Ensure maintenance work orders and service calls are completed on time and within budget.
• Solicit new work in collaboration with the sales team.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute operational strategies for the maintenance service line.
• Maintain relationships with vendors, clients, and key stakeholders.
• Track KPIs such as response times, bid close rates, and customer satisfaction; report to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices for efficiency.
