Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a supervisory role within construction or restoration.
• Strong understanding of job site operations, safety standards, and quality control.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate field teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and field management software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support field crews, ensuring projects are completed according to specifications and deadlines.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate field employees to enhance performance and maintain quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to streamline operations and resolve challenges.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, employee performance, and safety incidents.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of company equipment and tools.
• Assist in scheduling labor and allocating resources effectively to meet project demands.
• Enforce company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations on job sites.
• Communicate updates, concerns, and solutions to leadership, providing recommendations for process improvements.
