Job summary

Renova One is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee on-site field operations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and to company standards. You will supervise field crews, coordinate with internal departments, and maintain quality control across multi-family, single-family, and commercial renovations.

The role requires 3+ years in a supervisory construction/restoration environment, strong safety knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in construction/restoration or related field.

Responsibilities
