Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within construction/restoration or related field.
• Strong understanding of job site operations, safety standards, and quality control.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate field teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and field management software.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support field crews, ensuring projects meet specifications and deadlines.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure safety compliance.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate field employees to enhance performance and quality.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to streamline operations.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, employee performance, and safety incidents.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of company equipment and tools.
• Assist in scheduling labor and allocating resources to meet project demands.
• Enforce company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations on job sites.
• Communicate updates and recommendations for process improvements to leadership.
