Qualifications

• Leadership of a maintenance/service team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and compliance standards.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with various trades and building systems.
• Ability to lift 80 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with Yardi software is a plus.
