Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in maintenance related field(s)
• Successful completion of Basic Electric class offered at SMC internal training facility
• Successful completion of all other basic maintenance classes offered internally and all on-the-job training within one year of hire date

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and perform repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, exterior structure, tiling, Masonry, and appliances
• Address, follow up and document service requests
• Maintain an inventory of adequate supplies
• Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled
• Make repairs to grounds and drainage
• Adhere to internal quality control standards and safety practices
• Maintain tools per SMC's Tool Checklist
• Address emergency maintenance as needed
• Contribute to community and company engagement efforts
