Qualifications

• Three years of experience in maintenance related fields.
• Completion of Basic Electric class offered at SMC internal training facility
• Completion of all other basic maintenance classes and on-the-job training within one year of hire date

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and perform repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, exterior structures, tiling, masonry and appliances.
• Address service requests, document work orders and maintain inventories
• Perform preventive maintenance on fan coil and convector HVAC units
• Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled
• Address emergency maintenance as needed
• Maintain records per internal quality control standards
• Contribute to community and company engagement efforts
