Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician who will perform technical work ensuring properties meet maintenance and safety standards. You'll handle service requests and prepare vacant apartments for leasing.

Essential duties include performing repairs, supporting cost-cutting programs, and demonstrating exceptional customer service. You must have a valid driver's license, EPA certifications, and be prepared for routine local travel.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of apartment maintenance experience or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Must have EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical and mechanical work for property maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders within 24 to 48 hours.
• Inspect work performed by contractors to meet quality standards.
