RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep interiors, exteriors, amenities and common areas in top condition at our Bradenton properties. You will diagnose defects, perform repairs, and complete the make-ready process for vacants to ensure quick leasing and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include completing work orders within 24–48 hours, coordinating with vendors, maintaining inventory, documenting tasks, and upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong communication and delivery skills.
• Proficiency with property management software.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose defects and perform repairs on property systems and equipment.
• Complete work orders within 24–48 hours and make-ready tasks for vacants.
• Coordinate vendors and manage materials to repair items.
• Document work and maintain accurate records for service requests.
• Inspect contractor work and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Adhere to safety procedures and risk-management policies.
• Provide courteous, responsive service to residents and team.
