Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep of multifamily properties, manage a maintenance team, and ensure buildings and grounds meet safety and quality standards. This role requires hands-on supervision, scheduling, and strong communication with residents and staff.

You will handle work orders, preventative maintenance, vendor coordination, and budgeting while upholding safety policies and customer service to residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; OSHA and MSDS knowledge preferred.
• Supervisor experience 1–3 years; ability to hire, lead, and evaluate staff.
• Experience in apartment maintenance or equivalent; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance team and perform tasks to uphold property standards.
• Hire, orient, train, and evaluate new staff; manage Make Ready process.
• Respond to work orders and conduct preventive maintenance and safety checks.
• Monitor budgets and inventory; coordinate with Community Manager.
