Job summary

EMBREY in Lakewood, CO is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our property management team. The role supports the Maintenance Supervisor, maintains buildings and amenity areas, and responds to requests to keep residents comfortable and operations smooth.

Hourly pay is $26/hr, non-exempt, with competitive benefits including healthcare and a 401(k). The position requires a valid driver's license, on-call availability, and one year of maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• One year maintenance experience in property management or related field.
• Possession of minimum tools required.
• Ability to be available on-call 24 hours, seven days a week.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain the property, buildings and equipment.
• Organize, prioritize and complete unit make-readies, service requests and general maintenance tasks.
• Ensure the grounds, buildings and units are fully functional, safe and attractive.
• Respond to emergency conditions before, during or after business hours.
• Maintain supplies, tools and equipment needed for maintenance and repairs.
