Job summary

SP Plus Corporation in Richmond, VA is seeking a Facilities Associate responsible for maintenance and cleaning tasks within the parking garage and customer-facing areas. You will follow checklists, perform repairs, and assist customers while maintaining a neat appearance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Availability for special shifts, weekends, or third shift as needed.
• Ability to read, write and interpret in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks per the facility checklists to keep areas clean and safe.
• Walk the garage daily to identify and address maintenance issues.
• Sweep entrances, exits, stairwells, and service areas; maintain rails and surfaces.
• Report repairs or safety hazards to the Facility Manager promptly.
• Provide courteous customer assistance and address complaints when needed.
• Maintain a neat, uniformed appearance and assist with cashier or attendant duties as required.
