Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; experience may supplement education.
• Valid state driver’s license if driving company vehicle or on company business.
• Availability for shift work; some locations may require weekends or 3rd shift.
• Good oral and written English skills; clear communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks per checklists and supervisor directions.
• Take rounds to collect trash and debris throughout the facility.
• Empty trash receptacles inside and outside; report malfunctions.
• Observe OSHA rules and maintain sanitation and safety standards.
• Manage inventory of janitorial supplies and maintain records.
• Operate cleaning equipment as required for the job.
• Assist customers and resolve complaints with supervisor support.
