Job summary

SP+ (a Metropolis Company) is seeking a facility maintenance associate to perform cleaning, minor repairs, and customer-facing tasks in our parking facilities in Roanoke, VA. You will follow checklists, report issues, and help ensure a safe, clean, and efficient garage environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with lighting electrical/painting tasks possible. Training may be provided; shifts may include third shift and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Experience in facility maintenance, electrical and/or painting preferred depending on assignment.
• Valid state driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks per checklists to keep areas clean.
• Walk garage daily to identify and fix maintenance issues.
• Operate sweepers, scrubbers, and other equipment.
• Assist customers and resolve complaints with supervisor support.
