Job summary

SP+ (a Metropolis company) is hiring for a facility maintenance role focused on upkeep, cleaning, and customer interaction at our Richmond garage. You will perform routine maintenance, assist customers, and ensure safety and cleanliness across entrances, booths, and offices.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility for shift variations including weekends. Training is provided, and a team-driven environment supports professional growth.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High School Diploma or combination of experience and education.
• License: Valid state driver's license with current address and acceptable driving record.
• Availability to work: 3rd shift and/or weekends may be required.
• Oral communication: Clear speech and active listening.
• Written communication: Clear, informative writing.
• Customer service: Positive attitude and responsiveness.
• Adaptability: Adjust to changes in work environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform facility maintenance and cleaning tasks per checklists.
• Walk the garage daily to identify maintenance issues.
• Maintain cleanliness at entrances, exits, booth, and offices.
• Replace bulbs and manage oil spills as needed.
• Submit repair requests and report safety hazards.
• Assist customers and resolve complaints, guided by supervision.
• Operate basic equipment and maintain records; cover cashier/attendant duties as needed.
