Job summary

SP Plus Corporation in Seattle seeks a maintenance and facilities associate to handle cleaning, light repairs, painting, and daily garage upkeep. You’ll interact with customers, ensure safe operations, and support the facility team across shifts.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with the possibility of third shift or weekend work, and a valid driver’s license if driving the company vehicle.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• May require facility maintenance, electrical and/or painting experience.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license if driving a company vehicle.
• Availability for 3rd shift and/or weekends depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks per checklists and supervisor directions.
• Walk the garage daily to identify maintenance problems.
• Paint surfaces and maintain neat appearance of facility surfaces.
• Replace burned out bulbs and address minor repairs.
• Submit repair or maintenance requests to the Facility Manager.
• Assist customers within the facility and resolve complaints.
• Maintain uniform and professional appearance; cover additional duties as needed.
