SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking a Maintenance Porter in Tysons, VA to perform facility maintenance and customer interface tasks. The role involves cleaning, basic repairs, equipment operation, and assisting customers as directed by the Facility Manager.

High School Diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, and willingness to work various shifts are required. Pay rate starts at $15 per hour with responsibilities including safety checks, reporting repairs, and keeping the facility tidy.

• Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow safety procedures.
• Shift availability including potential 3rd shift and weekends may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks per checklists or supervisor directions.
• Walk the garage daily to note and correct maintenance issues.
• Sweep, clean entrances, exits, rails, booths, offices and restrooms; empty trashcans.
