Job summary

SP+ is seeking a maintenance-focused team member in Sioux Falls to perform facility upkeep and customer assistance. The role involves cleaning, light maintenance, and ensuring safe operation of gates and ticketing equipment.

A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are commonly required, with shift flexibility including possible weekends. Strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision are valued.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High School Diploma or a combination of experience and education.
• License Requirement: Valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record.
• Availability to Work: 3rd shift and/or weekends may be required depending on location.
• Oral Communication: Speaks clearly; listens and asks clarifying questions.
• Written Communication: Reads and writes clearly; can interpret written information.
• Customer Service: Maintains positive attitude and responds to service requests.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure facility is clean and safe.
• Walk garage daily to identify and fix maintenance issues.
• Sweep and clean entrances, exits, rails, and restrooms.
• Replace burned-out bulbs and manage oil spills.
• Provide tickets and record gate counters to the Manager.
• Assist customers within the facility as directed by the Supervisor.
