Job summary

ISP Technologies Inc. in Texas City, TX seeks a Maintenance Planning Administrative Support to drive maintenance schedules, coordinate materials, and support reliability initiatives.

This role collaborates with maintenance and operations to ensure readiness, accuracy, and timely execution of planned work. The position requires a strong background in CMMS (Maximo), inventory control, and procurement, with 3+ years in industrial maintenance planning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred in maintenance, engineering technology, supply chain, business, or related field.
• Three+ years in industrial maintenance scheduling, planning, MRO materials, storeroom operations, procurement, or related roles.
• Experience in chemical, petrochemical, refining, pharmaceutical, or process-manufacturing environments preferred.
• Working knowledge of maintenance terminology and parts; read BOMs, drawings, manuals, vendor quotes, and specs.
• Proficiency with CMMS/EAM systems (e.g., IBM Maximo) and with Excel, Outlook, and Teams; ERP/procurement systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review planned work orders for readiness including labor, duration, priority and constraints.
• Develop and maintain daily/weekly schedules for maintenance work.
• Coordinate schedule execution, resolve conflicts, and communicate changes and risks.
• Track backlogs, materials, and purchasing needs; support materials planning and inventory controls.
• Maintain CMMS records and report metrics like schedule compliance and stock levels.
• Support shutdowns and turnarounds with schedule integration and material readiness.
