Salary is between $120,000 to $150,000 annually, depending on qualifications.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of maintenance experience in heavy industrial or manufacturing environments.
• 3–5+ years of leadership experience within maintenance planning or scheduling.
• Strong experience with CMMS systems and maintenance work management processes.

• Lead and develop a team of maintenance planners and schedulers.
• Oversee the maintenance work lifecycle within CMMS.
• Develop and manage short- and long-term maintenance schedules.
