Job summary

Hargrove is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Planner to support maintenance and reliability efforts in a fast-paced pulp and paper setting. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will plan, schedule and coordinate maintenance to ensure safe, reliable mill operations.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in industrial planning and a strong background with CMMS (SAP/Maximo/IMaint). You will work cross-functionally with Operations, maintain detailed job plans, and drive

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor or Master in Construction Science/Building Science preferred.
• Experience: 10+ years in planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating in industrial settings.
• Knowledge: CMMS platforms such as SAP, Maximo, IMaint or similar systems.
• Skills: Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency: Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance work orders from initiation through completion.
• Develop detailed job plans including labor, materials, tools, safety requirements, and procedures.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with Operations and Maintenance teams.
• Manage backlog and prioritize work by safety, reliability and impact.
• Ensure parts, materials, and contractors are available for scheduled work.
• Support preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs.
• Plan outages, shutdowns and major repairs.
• Maintain equipment records and CMMS documentation.
• Conduct field walkdowns to verify scope and requirements.
