CHM Industries, Inc. seeks a seasoned Plant Maintenance Leader to direct maintenance operations, reliability programs, and MRO inventory across heavy fabrication environments.

You will drive uptime and oversee a multi-shift team, contractors, and a strict PM program, aligning costs with budgets while advancing safety and efficiency. The role requires hands-on mechanical and electrical expertise, strong leadership, and a track record of optimizing maintenance processes.

Formación

• 5+ years of maintenance leadership in heavy fabrication/industrial manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical and electrical background, including hydraulics, pneumatics, CNC machinery, and overhead crane systems.
• Proven track record of managing MRO parts inventory and structuring PM schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrates immediate urgency in all line-down situations, prioritizing resources to minimize machine downtime.
• Leads, trains, schedules, and evaluates the maintenance team across all shifts, ensuring proper coverage and clear operational direction.
• Implements and enforces a structured Preventive Maintenance (PM) program across all production machinery and physical infrastructure.
• Establishes standardized daily and weekly equipment inspection checklists for machine operators and maintenance personnel.
• Identifies and drives continuous process improvements to enhance maintenance efficiency and equipment lifespan.
• Manages MRO inventory, ensuring accurate stocking, organization, and availability of critical spare parts.
• Oversee maintenance-related purchase requisitions while controlling operational expenses.
• Manages the maintenance operating budget, ensuring spending is strictly allocated to necessary repairs and preventive measures.
• Directs and coordinates external service contractors on-site to ensure work is completed properly and safely.
