The role requires 6–10 years in planning/scheduling and 3–5 years of leadership. CMMS/SAP-PM experience is essential; a mechanical/industrial engineering background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• 6-10 years of experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, maintenance operations, or related industrial environment.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience managing maintenance planning and scheduling functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance work management system planning, scheduling, backlog, and notification processes.
• Drive disciplined planning to create realistic, prioritized, fully resourced maintenance schedules.
• Govern CMMS/SAP-PM standards and ensure accuracy of work orders and cost tracking.
• Manage maintenance backlogs and prioritize work by asset criticality and risk.
• Own maintenance cost control, forecasting, budgeting, and resource utilization.
• Coordinate maintenance, operations, reliability, and supply chain teams for execution.
