Job summary

Ingredion Incorporated is seeking a Maintenance & Reliability Planning Manager to lead maintenance planning, scheduling, backlog management, and cost control. You will own the CMMS/SAP-PM system and align cross-functional teams to ensure asset availability and reliability.

Ideal candidates will have a mechanical/industrial engineering background, 6–10 years in maintenance planning, and 3–5 years in leadership, with strong budgeting and cost-control experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• 6–10 years in maintenance planning, scheduling, or related environment.
• 3–5 years of leadership in planning/scheduling functions.
• Strong CMMS/SAP-PM experience, budgeting, cost control, and resource planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize the maintenance work management system (planning, scheduling, backlog, notifications).
• Drive disciplined planning/scheduling to produce realistic, prioritized, fully resourced schedules.
• Govern CMMS/SAP-PM standards; ensure accuracy of work orders, history, resources, and costs.
• Manage backlogs and prioritize work by asset criticality and risk.
• Own maintenance cost control, forecasting, budgeting, and utilization of labor/materials/services.
• Coordinate with maintenance, operations, reliability, and supply chain teams.
