Scientific Protein Laboratories LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a Maintenance Planning & Engineering Compliance Coordinator to oversee maintenance scheduling, CMMS management, and compliance activities. You will partner with Maintenance, Manufacturing, QA, and Engineering to keep equipment reliable and compliant.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years, 2+ years preferred, in maintenance planning or related field.
• Strong knowledge of CMMS, change controls (ECNs) and CAPAs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain master schedule for corrective, preventive, predictive, shutdown, and project work orders.
• Maintain CMMS including work order creation, planning, labor reporting, PM generation, and equipment records.
• Develop and manage maintenance backlog, prioritize work, stage jobs, and ensure parts availability.
• Coordinate changes controls (ECNs) and deviations; support timely closure of CAPAs.
• Prepare PM job plans, bills of materials, and spare parts lists for new and existing equipment.
• Participate in planning meetings with maintenance, QA, and manufacturing to optimize schedules.
• Coordinate contractor access and outside service activities; support training and qualification opportunities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and department administrative tasks.
