Job summary

BelPak in Illinois is seeking a maintenance coordinator to develop, maintain, and monitor CMMS programs, plan and coordinate all maintenance activities, and ensure work orders are completed on time. You will create work plans for PM and corrective tasks, oversee purchasing for maintenance, review completion results, and lead training on CMMS use while adhering to health, safety, and company policies.

This role involves a manufacturing setting with daily report reviews and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Experience using a CMMS to plan, schedule, and monitor maintenance work.
• Ability to coordinate both planned and reactive maintenance activities.
• Familiarity with safety policies and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor CMMS programs and systems.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion.
• Develop work plans for PM and corrective tasks for efficient scheduling and execution.
• Perform purchasing duties for maintenance with required approvals.
• Lead reviews of past completion results and adjust plans based on schedule and breaks.
• Ensure maintenance documentation and training materials are updated as needed.
• Evaluate feedback to improve future planned work on equipment.
• Forecast planned work against open tasks and available labor hours.
• Provide CMMS training to team members.
• Review reports and specifications for maintenance activities.
• Prepare comparison documentation for management review and approval.
• Conduct quality checks on parts/assets data integrity and provide feedback.
• Follow health and safety policies in compliance with OSHA.
