Specialty Granules LLC in Wisconsin seeks a Reliability Engineer to lead maintenance strategy for critical assets, drive FRACAS, PM optimization, and asset management to boost OEE.

You will develop predictive maintenance plans, oversee lubrication and testing programs, and mentor teams to transform reactive practices into proactive reliability culture while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• 3+ years in heavy industrial setting, mining preferred.
• Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and precision maintenance.
• Experience transforming a reactive work environment into a proactive culture.

Responsabilités

• Manage a FRACAS process with weekly downtime reporting and monthly meetings with action plans for high downtime assets.
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs including PM optimization, criticality assessments, and predictive routes.
• Enhance lubrication processes to improve asset uptime and OEE across crushers, screeners, and mobile equipment.
• Oversee lubrication sampling program with plans for out-of-spec asset lubrication.
• Supervise lubrication technician and audit program performance.
• Develop yearly and 5-year workforce development plans.
• Maintain and track department KPIs.
• Audit maintenance practices and implement improvements to boost performance.
• Develop, maintain and document workflows for maintenance processes (work requests, work orders, planning, scheduling, requisitions).
