Job summary

Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America is seeking a Maintenance Planner for our Sparks, NV facility. The role coordinates work between production and maintenance, driving the implementation of PanaCIM and moving the department from reactive to proactive maintenance.

You will review schedules, set priorities, and allocate resources to keep equipment available and production on track. The position requires 6+ years in maintenance planning, CMMS experience, and strong communication in

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a maintenance planner.
• Experience using a computerized maintenance management system to manage maintenance activities in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication skills and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, and schedule maintenance activities in the CMMS by collaborating with internal teams.
• Build schedules in partnership with supervisors and leadership in Maintenance.
• Plan, coordinate, track, measure, and report tasks involving maintenance and equipment availability.
• Audit assignments of work orders.
• Consider resource availability to meet maintenance schedules and performance goals.
• Prepare and maintain daily to annual maintenance schedules.
• Prepare hourly labor estimations and assign resources based on skills.
• Onboard new equipment and maintenance strategies into PanaCIM with Production and Engineering teams.
• Prepare reports and KPIs within PanaCIM to ensure performance goals.
• Coordinate unscheduled or emergency repairs with production and operations teams.
• Screen repair requests and communicate with inventory and supervisors.
• Follow asset management best practices in planning and scheduling.
• Support policies and represent Maintenance in a knowledgeable manner.
• Ensure labor hours and materials are recorded in CMMS.
