Job summary

Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America is seeking a Maintenance Planner (Day shift) to coordinate maintenance work, integrate with the PanaCIM system, and shift the department from reactive to proactive operation. The role involves scheduling, prioritizing, and partnering with Production and Engineering teams to maximize equipment availability.

Qualifications include 6+ years as a maintenance planner, CMMS experience, and strong communication in English.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a maintenance planner.
• Experience using a computerized maintenance management system to manage maintenance activities in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent Communication Skills; English reading, writing and speaking.
• Willingness to operate in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, and schedule maintenance activities in the CMMS with internal teams.
• Build schedules with supervisors and leadership in Maintenance.
• Plan, track, report tasks for equipment maintenance and improvements.
• Audit work orders and manage resource availability and approvals.
• Prepare and maintain daily to annual maintenance schedules and labor estimates.
• Onboard equipment into PanaCIM and validate information with Production and Engineering teams.
• Produce reports and KPIs to monitor performance and drive proactive maintenance.
