Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America seeks a Maintenance Planner (Day shift) to coordinate maintenance activities, onboard new equipment into PanaCIM, and drive a proactive maintenance mindset on site in the United States. You will review master schedules, plan resources, and generate reports and KPIs in collaboration with production and engineering teams.

The role requires 6+ years of planning experience, CMMS proficiency, and strong communication in English.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience as a maintenance planner.
• Experience using a computerized maintenance management system to manage maintenance activities in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication skills and working-level knowledge of English.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate, plan, and schedule maintenance activities in the maintenance management system by collaborating with the internal teams.
• Build schedules in partnership with the supervisors and leadership personnel in the Maintenance Department.
• Plan, coordinate, track, measure, and report tasks involving maintenance and availability of equipment.
• Audit assignments of work orders.
• Consider availability of resources to meet schedules and performance expectations.
