Job summary

Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America is seeking a Maintenance Planner for their De Soto, Kansas facility. The role coordinates maintenance work across Production, Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance to maximize reliability and uptime in a state-of-the-art lithium-ion battery plant.

The position requires two years in maintenance planning, strong CMMS and SAP skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a Maintenance Planner or in a related maintenance planning role.
• Experience with maintenance planning, scheduling, and asset management in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient English (reading, writing and speaking).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare maintenance resources and activities according to skillsets and schedules.
• Plan and schedule maintenance activities in the CMMS, including preventive and reactive work.
• Ensure resource availability and approvals for plans.
• Organize unscheduled repairs and minimize downtime.
• Communicate maintenance initiatives, strategies, and goals to stakeholders.
