Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a maintenance planner.
• Experience using a computerized maintenance management system in manufacturing.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must have working-level English (reading, writing, speaking).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, and schedule maintenance activities in the CMMS.
• Build schedules with supervisors and leadership for the Maintenance Department.
• Plan, track, measure, and report maintenance tasks and equipment availability.
• Audit work orders and consider resources to meet schedules.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual maintenance schedules.
• Onboard new equipment into PanaCIM and align with Production/Engineering.
• Prepare reports and KPIs to ensure performance goals.
• Coordinate unscheduled or emergency repairs with production teams.
• Follow asset management practices and project changes.
• Ensure labor hours and materials are recorded accurately in CMMS.
