Job summary

JLL in Frederick, CO is seeking a Maintenance Planner to schedule preventive and reactive maintenance, coordinating with suppliers to minimize downtime while maximizing equipment reliability. You will support the engineering operations team and manage CMMS usage and reporting.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in technical customer service, CMMS experience (Corrigo preferred), and strong data analytics with MS Office proficiency. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 5+ years customer service support in a technical environment.
• Experience in SQL Server.
• Experience with CMMS (Corrigo preferred).
• Support field hardware implementation and building engineering operations.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Data warehouse and performance data mining.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule PM activities and reactive maintenance.
• Coordinate with suppliers to schedule support for critical environments.
• Provide CMMS training and reporting for clients.
• Maintain CMMS hardware/software implementation for new portfolios.
• Analyze engineering performance metrics and report insights.
