Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a CMMS Planner Coordinator in Wilmington, NC. This hybrid, full-time role supports the Engineering Services team, coordinating preventive maintenance, asset management, and reactive work within a CMMS environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in technical customer service, strong data and reporting skills, and can operate both on-site and remotely as schedules require.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of customer service support in a technical setting.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and SharePoint; CMMS/work order systems experience.
• Strong data handling and written/oral communication skills.
• Able to work on-site and remotely per schedule.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate PM/RM and CMMS activities for multiple accounts.
• Provide operational and technical CMMS support with suppliers and field teams.
• Generate reports, track budgets, and ensure resource readiness for maintenance work.
• Balance workloads and ensure minimal disruption to client operations.
