Job summary

JLL is seeking a Reliability, Maintenance and Engineering Planner to maximize uptime for material handling equipment. You will develop PM plans, schedule work orders, and collaborate with maintenance and operations to minimize downtime.

The role emphasizes data accuracy in EAM, coordination of resources, and ongoing support for maintenance teams, with travel up to 15% and a focus on the EAM/RCM program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years' experience planning, scheduling, and auditing facilities/maintenance activities.
• 1 year of experience with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts/areas, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Travel up to 15% required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain maintenance plans and schedules based on preventive and predictive maintenance data.
• Audit equipment and work orders; estimate labor hours, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Plan, coordinate, and schedule proactive maintenance during downtime to minimize unplanned outages.
• Work with Maintenance management, technicians, and Operations teams to optimize EAM data and processes.
• Provide EAM training and Tier 1 support to staff.
